Hi Ian,

The North Prospect Partnership Housing and Neighbourhood Planning Working Group meets monthly with Plymouth Community Homes. We share the need to keep all residents of North Prospect in the loop with accurate and consistent information, as and when it becomes available. To this end we have representatives of owners and tenants on the group. All of these have been elected over the past few weeks. It is important that residents understand that these representatives are part of our partnership structure and that they act on residents behalf. Following each meeting representatives will be able to provide accurate and consistent feedback to all. In addition we will be circulating a Regeneration Bulletin to all residents in the North Prospect neighbourhood so that one way or another residents will have the sane information. This will be sent to your web mail. After tonight’s meeting I anticipate that I will be able to give you the names of all resident representatives so that residents can make contact with the appropriate representative as and when they need to.
