North Prospect Home Owners

Personally I am under no illusion that the North Prospect estate will go under the bulldozer sooner rather than later. As yet no one in authority has had the nerve to say as much.

It will eventually come down to every Homeowner having to negotiate with Plymouth Community Homes to get the best possible deal for themselves.

I hope that all Homeowners in North Prospect will use this site to help keep one another informed of what is happening and ultimately put everyone in a better position for the difficult times to come.

Ultimately we won`t be able to stop progress but we can make sure we get the best deal possible for Our homes and Our futures.
